What size should I order?

Our tees run true to size with a regular fit. If you like a looser feel post-ride, consider sizing up. You’ll find a size chart on every product page.

How are the shirts made?

All shirts are made from premium, ultra-soft cotton blends — designed for all-day wear, with a broken-in feel from day one. Each graphic is original and printed in the USA using eco-conscious methods.

Can I suggest a climb for a future design?

Yes — we’d love that! Submit your favorite climb here. We review every story and route.

How do I check the status of my order?

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can click that link anytime to see your package’s progress.

How does ordering from a Selective Partner work?

When you order a product labeled Selective Partner, it’s fulfilled directly by that brand through Shopify Collective program. They handle production, shipping, and delivery while we make the experience seamless from checkout to doorstep.

Will my Selective Partner order ship separately?

Yes — since partner products are fulfilled directly by their brands, they’ll ship separately from Iconic Climbs items. You’ll still receive tracking updates for each shipment.

Who should I contact about an issue with a Selective Partner order?

Where do you ship?

We currently ship within the U.S. via tracked shipping. International options are coming soon.

How much is shipping?

Rates are calculated at checkout based on your location.

When will my order ship?

Most orders ship within 2–5 business days. You’ll get a tracking number as soon as your order leaves the studio.

Do you offer expedited shipping?

Yes — express options are available for most of products at checkout.

Returns & Exchanges

What’s your return policy?

We stand behind every piece we make. If something’s not right, arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item you can return or exchange it within 30 days of delivery — as long as it’s unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition.

How do size exchanges work?

Size exchanges are accepted within 14 days of receiving your order as long as it’s unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition. This helps us keep inventory accurate and ensures you get the right fit fast. Once your exchange is approved, we’ll ship your replacement as soon as the original is returned.

Are returns or exchanges free?

Return shipping isn’t included unless there’s a mistake on our end (wrong size, damaged item, or misprint). We’re a small, design‑driven studio — but we take care of our riders.

How do I start a return or exchange?

Visit our Returns & Exchanges page or email support@iconicclimbs.com with your order number and reason for return. You’ll get simple step‑by‑step instructions from there.

Do you offer refunds?

We only issue refunds if the mistake is ours — wrong item, misprint, or product defect. If that happens, we’ll make it right with a full refund or replacement. Because every piece is made to order, we do not offer refunds for buyer’s remorse, wrong size choice, or change of mind. Please check the size chart and product details before ordering — and reach out if you have questions.
