SHIPPING & RETURNS

 

Our Commitment

At Iconic Climbs, every piece of gear is more than just an apparel — it’s a story of the climb and the community that rides it. To keep waste low and quality high, each item is crafted on-demand once you place your order. Think of it like gearing up for a big ride: it takes a some prep, but the payoff is worth it!

 

Your order has two stages:

  1. Printing & Prep: First, we get to work creating your custom-printed apparel and accessories as soon as order is confirmed.

  2. Shipping Time: Once your gear is ready, we hand it off to the carrier. Delivery time is added on top of the production window.

 

 

SHIPPING

Processing Time:

All orders are processed within 2-5 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the following business day.

Domestic Shipping (USA):

We currently ship within the United States. Shipping times vary by location, but most orders arrive within 4-20  business days once shipped.

International Shipping:

We plan to expand to international shipping in the future. At this time, orders are limited to U.S. customers.

Tracking:

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details so you can follow your package from our shop to your door.

 

 

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

We stand behind every climb and every product. If your gear arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we’ll try to make it right — every time, guaranteed!

 

In case we got it wrong:

Please email us within 30 days of delivery including your order number, reason for return and a clear images of the issue. We’ll provide instructions and a return shipping label if applicable.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will arrange for a replacement to be sent to you at no cost or process a refund to your original payment method once the issue is confirmed. Refunds typically appear within 5-10 business days.

 

In case the fit isn’t quite right:

We know getting the perfect fit online can be tricky. That’s why we offer exchanges whenever necessary. In case you need a different size, we’re happy to exchange it, but please note that size exchanges are not eligible for refunds.

To be eligible for size exchanges contact us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and reason for return.

Items must be in new and original conditions. This includes all tags and labels as they are shipped. Items must only be tried on for sizing and fit. Items that have been ridden, washed or altered are not eligible for exchange.

Also note that in this case of exchange shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.

Tip: Use the size chart on each product page. Compare it to your favorite tee at home to nail the fit on the first try.

 

 

REFUNDS

Refunds are only issued if your item arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect.

Because each product is made-to-order just for you, we do not offer refunds for buyer’s remorse (e.g., changing your mind after purchase).

Other non-refundable items also includes the following:

  • Sale or clearance items
  • Gift cards

 

SHIPPING COSTS

  • If the item arrived defective or incorrect, we’ll cover return shipping.
  • For all other returns, shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
  • Domestic Shipping (USA): Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.
